Quality Assurance
The goal of our Quality Assurance department is to ensure we always end up with the desired product by using the highest quality raw materials and the most advanced process and process controls.
Raw Materials: By working in partnership with our vendors and certifying them, we ensure the consistent high quality supply of yarns, chemicals and other raw materials.
Process Control: As part of our Total Quality Management (TQM) program we start the in-process quality control from the fist step of production. Established manufacturing procedures and Statical Process Control (SPC) methods support this control.
Testing and Inspection: Equipped with a state-of-the-art quality testing laboratory and highly trained technicians, we ensure our product is of consistent high quality before shipping.
