Our Research & Development Department identifies marketplace opportunities and responds to customer needs by creating and developing new fabric constructions and designs. Creating new fabrics is a comprehensive process requiring highly skilled, driven and tenacious individuals who possess a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing. Once a fabric is developed, it is then rigorously tested using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to ensure process capabilities and consistent product quality. Every fabric developed at Texollini must satisfy our own exhaustive criteria before ever being considered for production.
